Tenant pays electricity and is responsible to plow during the winter and mow the lawn (sit down lawn mower is at the home). First, last and security deposit are required. Additionally, a $200 upfront cost for professional cleaning service upon renting. This will be used for cleaning when the tenant leaves. Fireplace is ornament only.
